BMW, a brand renowned for its performance, precision, and dynamic design, set out to create an unparalleled experience at the 2025 Adelaide Motorsport Festival. Their goal was to craft a marquee that embodied the bold spirit of their vehicles while delivering a world-class hospitality experience. Partnering with us, they sought a striking yet refined space where guests could immerse themselves in the excitement of the festival while enjoying premium comfort and style.
The Leadup
From the outset, the vision was clear: a marquee that showcased BMW’s signature blue, red, and white colour scheme, reflecting the energy and legacy of their motorsport heritage. Every element of the design needed to exude modern sophistication while ensuring a seamless flow between relaxation and trackside entertainment. Our team meticulously planned a fitout that would not only look spectacular but also provide an exceptional guest experience, incorporating a curated selection of high-end furniture and styling elements.
The Build
The marquee was constructed with precision, featuring an elegant Soho House structure that served as a statement piece in the festival’s exclusive hospitality zone. The interior was carefully arranged to maximise space and comfort, allowing guests to move effortlessly between dining, lounge, and viewing areas. The combination of contemporary furnishings from the Sonora, Benni, Betty, and Cotele collections ensured a sleek yet inviting atmosphere, perfectly aligning with BMW’s modern aesthetic.
The Fitout
The design of the BMW marquee seamlessly blended style and function. Bold blue, red, and white tones were woven throughout the space, creating a dynamic and visually striking environment. Sonora lounges provided plush seating, while Benni chairs and Betty lounges added a refined yet relaxed touch. The Cotele collection, including bar tables and counters, brought depth and sophistication to the space, ensuring every detail complemented BMW’s premium branding.
The Event
As the festival came to life, the BMW marquee became a hub of luxury and excitement. Guests indulged in an exceptional culinary experience crafted by Out in the Paddock, with a menu designed to impress. The seamless service provided by their expert team ensured that every guest was looked after, enhancing the overall experience. Whether enjoying a front-row view of the track or unwinding in the sophisticated lounge areas, guests were treated to a hospitality experience as refined and exhilarating as the BMW brand itself.
