Out In The Paddock - Christmas Party 2022
The Client
Out in the Paddock’s 2022 Christmas party was a stunning celebration held at the beautiful Carrick Hill. With a theme of “A Night in Tuscany,” the event was designed to immerse guests in an elegant, Italian-inspired atmosphere. The evening gathered 340 guests for a magical experience under the stars, combining festive cheer with timeless sophistication.
The Event
The party unfolded across a multi-level, amphitheater-style deck that had never been used for an event of this scale before. Each level was filled with guest tables, a bar, and a stage, ensuring the layout encouraged both relaxation and celebration. Set against the picturesque grounds of Carrick Hill, the open-air setting embraced the “Night in Tuscany” theme to its fullest.
Our White Marquee furniture, linen, and tableware played a key role in bringing the vision to life. The tables were styled with terracotta pots and florals, while light features draped in greenery provided a warm, inviting ambiance. The centerpiece of the space was a pair of oversized urns filled with fresh roses, adding both visual drama and the scent of fresh blooms to the event.
The Fitout
White Marquee’s range of furniture, linen, and tableware was chosen to complement the Tuscan-inspired aesthetic and enhance the overall dining experience. The tables were dressed with crisp white linen, elegant glassware, and understated tableware that allowed the stunning floral arrangements to shine. Our furniture offered both style and comfort, ensuring guests could fully enjoy the festivities in a beautifully designed setting. The combination of refined décor and functional design helped create a seamless flow between the formal elements of the event and the relaxed atmosphere of the evening.
The Team
This remarkable event was brought to life through the incredible efforts of Out in the Paddock, who handled the catering, wait staff, styling, florals, and event management. They were supported by a talented group of suppliers, including photography by Harry Allwood, wines from Hugh Hamilton Wines, and live music provided by Chloe Castledine and The Cast Band, alongside an orchestra from StringSource. Performers such as The Style File, Mark Stefanoff, and Miss Philippa Grace added extra magic to the evening. AV and sound were provided by AV Plus, with a photo booth from Snap Snap AU. Staging and decking were managed by SA Staging and Corpralite Event Hire, with dessert offerings from the St. Louis gelato and coffee cart and panettone from Mercato. The event was captured beautifully by Onecast Media, and the ambiance was enhanced by lighting from Venue Productions.
