Vanessa and Andy envisioned a wedding that combined elegance and modern sophistication. Set at the South Australian Museum, they aimed for a day that felt effortlessly chic, featuring natural tones with striking black and gold accents. Their celebration was a perfect fusion of contemporary style and understated luxury.

The Build

The reception was held under a stunning Soho Arc structure with glass gables, which allowed natural light to flood the space, showcasing the museum’s grandeur. Maple Oak flooring added warmth and elegance to the setting, while the tables were dressed in natural linen. The black Bentwood chairs provided a beautiful contrast, enhancing the sophisticated ambiance of the event.

The Fitout

Inside the structure, long banquet tables were styled with a timeless palette of neutral tones, accented with touches of black and gold. The combination of the black Bentwood chairs, natural linens, and gold details created a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere. The open structure and the warm lighting blended seamlessly with the museum's historic architecture, setting the perfect mood for a refined evening.

The Event

As the reception unfolded, guests mingled and enjoyed the stunning surroundings of the South Australian Museum. The ambiance struck the perfect balance between formal elegance and an intimate gathering. The warm glow of the lighting, combined with the black and gold accents, added depth and character to the setting. Guests dined and celebrated under the beautiful arc, creating lasting memories as the evening progressed.
