The Client


Paul and Anna envisioned a romantic and sophisticated wedding at the stunning Mandalay House and Garden. They sought to create a celebration that blended timeless elegance with a whimsical touch, evoking the charm and wonder of a storybook. Surrounded by their closest friends and family, they aimed for an atmosphere that felt both intimate and magical.

The Build


We used a Soho Arc structure to frame the reception space, allowing the natural beauty of Mandalay House and Garden to take centre stage. The open design created a seamless connection with the surrounding landscape, offering guests panoramic views of the gardens. As the day turned into evening, a canopy of fairy lights added a soft glow, enhancing the romantic ambiance.

The Fitout


Beneath the Soho Arc, long banquet tables were arranged to provide a refined and inviting dining experience. Crystal-cut glassware and Rodd cutlery brought a touch of understated sophistication to the table settings, while Hoffmann chairs added a modern elegance. Scallop umbrellas throughout the garden added a charming element, complementing the overall aesthetic and ensuring a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces.

The Event


As the sun set, the open structure of the Soho Arc allowed guests to enjoy the warm glow of the setting sun, creating an enchanting atmosphere. The evening flowed effortlessly from dinner to dancing, with guests celebrating well into the night. Surrounded by the beauty of the gardens and under a canopy of twinkling lights, Paul and Anna's celebration was filled with laughter, love, and unforgettable moments.

This beautiful event was brought to life by a talented group of suppliers. Studio Botanic created the stunning floral arrangements, while Venue Productions crafted the perfect lighting design.
