Greg & Laura
The Client
With years of experience in the events industry, both Greg, the owner of White Marquee, and Laura combined their expertise to create a wedding that was as unique as it was spectacular. Held in the beautiful setting of Rymill Park, their celebration reflected their shared vision of timeless elegance, enhanced by personal touches and modern sophistication. Their collaborative effort resulted in a day that was both intimate and grand, leaving a lasting impression on their guests.
The Build
The reception was held beneath a stunning Soho Arc structure provided by White Marquee, featuring glass gables that allowed the natural beauty of the park to shine through. The structure was raised on a platform with a joining outdoor deck area, creating a smooth transition between the reception and outdoor spaces. A dedicated structure was built for the catering area, ensuring a seamless flow for event logistics. The Maple Oak flooring added warmth and a polished touch to the overall design.
The Fitout
The décor embraced soft neutrals with touches of black and gold, blending perfectly with the park's natural surroundings. Long banquet tables were styled with premium natural linen in a soft sand hue, while sleek Paloma dining chairs added a modern edge. The tables featured Riedel crystal cut glassware and earthy crockery, contributing to the sophisticated atmosphere. Custom elements such as unique lampshades and a bespoke bar, designed by Hygge Studio, added a personal touch, elevating the overall aesthetic and tying the theme together beautifully.
The Event
The entire celebration unfolded seamlessly, with the stunning park setting providing a charming backdrop. As the evening progressed, the illuminated Soho Arc and live music created a vibrant atmosphere, allowing guests to fully enjoy the festivities. The night concluded with a breathtaking fireworks display, adding a spectacular finale to an already unforgettable celebration. Every moment, from the ceremony to the reception, felt thoughtfully connected, leaving guests in awe of the couple’s impeccable vision and attention to detail.
